What type of leather is the wallet made of?

All of our wallets are made with premium top grain Cow Leather Genuine that has a pleasant smell.
It softens naturally with use and ages beautifully with time.
We provide premium leather hues and is an easy choice for those looking for something simple yet sophisticated.

Do you check customer’s typo before engraving?

We understand that some customers may want to create their own unique designs, including typos. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors that are made. It is the customer's responsibility to proofread their designs carefully before placing an order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We fulfill orders quickly, and once your order has been processed in our system, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
This generally occurs within one to two hours of placing your order.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately by using the Contact Us and email us to cancel your order. 

How do I track my order?

You may use our Track My Order feature and send direct to you via shopify app within 24-48 hours after your order has shipped to view its progress.

Where does the wallet ship from and what’s the processing time?

We (P-Giftize) are a small family business from Vietnam. Our processing times (Depending how busy) can take 1-2 business days. Then 5-7 business days to be delivered.

Where is my order confirmation email?

An order confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of placing your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add support@pgiftize.com to your safe senders list. Once your order ships, you will also receive a shipment notification including your tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address?

Due to the amount of orders we have, it is very unlikely that we can change the shipping address for your order. Customers are responsible for the typing of their address. Please enter the correct shipping address when placing the order.

And please let me know as soon as you see any mistake within 3 hours, I will try my best to assist if possible.

What is your return policy?

We will accept defective products such as incorrect sizes and defective leather sewing techniques.

Because it is a unique, personalized product that has been customized, we cannot accept product returns if customization errors occur on your part.
However, we will do our best to support and serve you. Please let us know exactly to serve you as best as possible.
